* For each transaction, there is an additional surcharge of 50 NOK for administrative costs (the amount goes to VIPPS in full)
*** Consultation after 4 pm on weekdays, as well as weekends and public holidays, 100 NOK in extra charge.
Terms
1. In addition to physical , I also offer telephone and video consultations. The prices are the as physical attendance.
2. Video consultation takes place via Zoom. You will receive a link with instructions and a password before the session. It is important that you enter the correct email address in the order.
3. Feel free to contact me by mobile, e-mail, or contact form if you have any questions. I kindly ask that sensitive personal information is NOT sent by e-mail or SMS. You can also send and receive messages after logging in to Patientsky.
4. If you are booking a session on behalf of someone else, it must appear clearly in the booking. The person you are booking on behalft must be informed have consented.
5. Children under the age of 15 must have the consent of the person who has custody of the child.
IMPORTANT: 24 hours cancellation window. Cancellation after the deadline, regardless of the reason, the entire amount will be charged in full. You can easily cancel or change an upcoming appointment via Patientsky. When changing/moving an appointment, I ask you to cancel the original appointment first. Before making a new appointment.
A payment link will be sent via SMS after the consultation has been completed. With a payment deadline of 24 hours. This also applies to cancellations after the deadline of 24 hours and or no-shows. Via the payment link, you can choose whether you want to pay with Vipps, Visa and or Mastercard.
Please note that if you use health insurance and you do not attend the appointment or do not cancel it within the deadline, you will receive an invoice for the appointment.
